How do I sign up for class?

All classes must be reserved between 2 weeks and 2 hours in advanced and can be done through your SoVital Fitness Studios smartphone App. To download the SoVital Fitness Studios App to your phone, download from the App-Store.  Hit the three lines on the top left corner of the App.  Setup a login account.  Use your email to create a login and set your password.  Note:  your password must be at least 8 characters and one number.

How many times do you recommend working out to see results?

Our members typically see and feel optimal results when taking three to four classes per week. For best results, we recommend taking a combination of classes under all disciplines at the studio!

I’m new…what do I need to know?

Plan to arrive 10 minutes before class starts. Note: new clients must enter class on-time for safety purposes. Please review our class descriptions for details of what to bring to each class.

I’m running late!

First time clients must enter class on-time, without exception, regardless of any previous experience at another studio. Although discouraged, returning clients may enter into class up until 5 minutes after class has started for Yoga, Pilates, and Dance classes.  There will be no late entry to any meditation classes. This policy is firmly enforced to keep you as well as other members safe. We want all members to experience uninterrupted class time.

If you are more than five minutes late and the class is full, we may give up your spot to a client that is waiting for an opening.

If a class you’d like to take is full, we recommend putting yourself on the waitlist. In order to do so, you must purchase the class. If you do not get a spot in the class, you can rebook that class for another time! If a spot opens, you will be added to the class and receive an email confirmation. All classes have a 2-hour cancellation notice, so if you’re added to a class from the waitlist at the last minute, be aware the 2-hour cancellation still applies.

What is Inferno Hot Pilates?

Inferno Hot Pilates is a training system which combines Pilates principles with high intensity interval training and is performed in a room heated to 95 degrees Fahrenheit and 40% humidity. Inferno Hot Pilates creates long lean muscle mass, burns fat, and increases fitness levels. It creates a stronger core, improves circulation, and increases flexibility. It is performed on a yoga mat making it zero impact, protecting your joints and muscles from the pounding of other exercises like running and jumping.

MindBody is a scheduling and payment system that allows you to sign up for memberships, schedule classes, workshops, and all types of programs in real-time via smartphone app (SoVital Fitness Studios App) or via the website (www.sovitalfitness.com).

What is SoVital’s cancellation policy?

Customers may cancel up to 2 hours before the start of class. No credit will be issued for no shows or if cancellation is within 2 hours. MindBody issues credits only, no refunds. Bookings are non-transferrable.

What is your class reservations policy?

We ask that all members reserve classes 2 weeks to 2 hours in advance so that our instructors can plan their travel and class time. If a class has zero reservations one-hour before class, we reserve the right to cancel the class.

What is your sales policy?

All sales are final. Classes are non-refundable, exchangeable, or extendable. We are not responsible for any bank overdraft fees that may occur from late cancellations, no shows, or overdue membership fees. Please be sure to note the expiration on your purchase receipt.

What should I bring to heated classes?

Your yoga mat, water bottle, and hand towel for safety to prevent slippage.

What should I wear to class?

We recommend wearing fitted workout clothing to our dance fitness, yoga, and Pilates classes so instructors can see your form and alignment. For meditation, loose comfortable clothing is recommend. Please review our “Class Descriptions” for more detail on suitable footwear required, as well as additional items you will need for each class.

What type of Pilates classes do you offer?

We offer Mat Pilates, Pilates Fusion, and Inferno Hot Pilates. All Pilates classes are taught on the floor/mat and are derived from the 34 original classic Joseph Pilates poses. Our instructors swear by mat Pilates because their workouts provide a deeper understanding of how to control your muscles and build body awareness without the cumbersome and sometimes intimidating use of a machine.
