Surrender and Transform Meditation 7-Week Series

“Surrender and Transform” is a program is designed to help people that have suffered a trauma and the resulting PTSD associated with the event.  This series focuses on a safe and guided analysis of the events in your life that lead to anxiety, blocks and obstacles all of which prohibit a freer, more at peace sense-of-self.  Through guided meditation and journaling exercises you will build self-awareness and learn tools that create the space and discipline required to work through any of life’s tough lessons in a more healthy and balanced manner.

Hip Hop Dance Fitness

Guest Speaker: Rachel Thuillier (See Profile)  Date:  Saturdays Fall 2018  Time:  2:00 – 3:00 pm  Price: $85

This class is designed to introduce hip-hop culture and music through the element of dance.  This style encompasses the movements of funk, and popping and breaking moves with a concentration of footwork.  The focus of this class is to build a solid foundation to execute popular dance moves to original choreography.  Warm up includes isolations, hard-hitting exercises and a breakdown of the highly energetic routine to build stamina and increase musicality.  In a non-competitive environment, this class encourages individualized style while staying true to the technique.  Join us as we explore hip-hop influences and learn a fun and exhilarating choreography program.  No dance experience necessary!
